My last two weekends

Last weekend, I worked from 8AM to noon.  I came home, and waited with my mom.

Around 2PM, we left to see MICHAEL BUBLE.
We drove in heavy rain and heavy traffic.  We were on our way to Portland.

We finally got to Portland, and we were EXTREMELY hungry.  So, while trying to find somewhere to eat, we got into a minor car accident.  No injuries, but still shook us up.

After getting the information from the two other cars that were part of it, we went and ate.  Then we traveled back down to the Rose Garden, which is where the concert was going to be.

My mom and I had to wait in line to get into the concert.  Here is post-accident, pre-concert.

Then we finally got into the concert, and were waiting for the opening act.

The opening act was Naturally 7, and they were AWESOME!  They were an acapella group that used only their voices for everything, singing and instruments.  It was great.

Then, he came out.
Michael Buble.  It was a great concert, and I was so glad my mom allowed us to go.

Then, we drove home THAT night, and got home around 1:30AM.  We had to get home for the next part of the greatest weekend.
The 180th Annual General Conference for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, aka Mormons, aka my church.  It was great.  We got to spend the weekend sitting at home. :D

All in all, it was a great weekend.  This weekend was pretty great, too.  Friday was my last day of work, which wasn't that great.  But that night I went to the senior directed one-acts at Emerald Ridge, since Malcolm, my brother, was in it.  His was the funniest, and no I'm not being biased.  The whole cast just worked really well together.  In the other ones, there may have been one or two that really stood out, but everyone in Malcolm's was great.  On Saturday, my family and I (minus my dad) walked in the Daffodil parade here in Puyallup.
Sound Family Medicine, where I worked and my dad works, is the top sponsor for Relay for Life here in Puyallup, so we walked with the Relay for Life float and represented SFM.  It was a long walk, but we all had a lot of fun.  Then, on the way back to the car, we ran into my old principal's wife, who asked me to babysit that night.  Since I wasn't doing anything else, I did. His kids are so cute, and it was a lot of fun watching them.  And now it is my last Sunday in Puyallup for a while.  Can't believe the time has flown.  But now it's time to go back to school.
5 more days, and I will be there.

LOVES <3
